Flocking uses a film that is equipped with velvet-like fibers. This creates a velvet-like surface on the textile. The desired text, motif or logo is cut out and edited from this film using a cutting plotter. The finished motif, text or logo is printed on the desired location on the textile using a transfer press at a very high temperature. Flocking is particularly suitable for text, monochrome logos and simple motifs.
Flex printing (preferred method)
With flex printing, a smooth, flexible surface is created on the textile. The desired text, motif or logo is created and processed with a cutting plotter and then printed onto the textile with a transfer press. In addition to the standard colors and neon colors, metal effect foils can also be used here, such as gold or silver colored foils. Flex printing is particularly suitable for text, single and multi-colored logos and motifs.
